Business Intelligence (BI)
Responsibilities:
- Translate business needs to technical specifications.
- Design, build and deploy Bl solutions.
- Maintain and support data analytics platforms (e.g. SAP BOB3, Tableau).
- Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting.
- Evaluate and improve existing Bl systems.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate systems.
- Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses.
- Create visualizations and reports for requested projects.
- Develop and update technical documentation
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science / Information Technology,
- Informatics Engineering.
- Interested in Data mining and Data Science.
- Able to communicate in English actively is a must
- Knowledge of SQL queries, including DDL and DML
- Able to program is a plus.
- Fast learner, able to work independently & deliver effectively as a team.
- Has strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Understand the business processes in the plantation areal industry is preferred.

Mulesoft
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the full application life cycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment using Mulesoft development tools.
- Work with technical teams and senior architects to finalize architecture specifications, and creates a design as it relates to the customization andlor integration of software solutions.
- Perform operational tasks to ensure the smooth operation of Mulesoft Platform.
- Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving defects encountered during various stages of project delivery, including during the deployment and implementation of the solution in production environments.
- Work with other integration developer team members to contribute and grow Mulesoft Platform capability.
Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent with relevant experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Java development and concepts, including debugging against Java APls.
- Experience with Tomcat, XML, JMS, WS, and SOAIntegration technologies eg REST.
- Experience using a JAVA IDE (Eclipse).
- Excellent understanding of internet technologies and protocols (TCPIP, DNS, HTTP, SSL, etc).
- Experience in Python, PHP, or another interpreted language like Perl, Ruby or Groovy.
- Experience in using Version control systems like SVN, GIT.
- Able to communicate in English actively is a must.
- Candidate must be domiciled in Medan.
TD RPA
Responsibilities:
- Timely delivery of the assigned automation (including reporting).
- Responsible for the quality of the assigned automation.
- Reporting any changes to the workflow.
- Updating the open defects in the defect log.
- Responsible for providing periodic status on the progress of development.
- First escalation point for any UAT issues.
- Responsible for moving the workflow to UAT.
- Responsible for creating the process documentation.
- First escalation point of contact for automation.
- Responsible for peer code review.
- Provides support for the automation process.
- Provides guidance and help with process design from automation perspective.
- Responsible for estimating automation duration.
Requirement:
- Subject Matter Expert in the usage and functionality of the RPA software, openness to work on new technologies is mandatory.
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent with relevant experience.
- Minimum experience of 1-2 years in Net, or VB/VBA, and Power Shell is a strong plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, Javascript (or any scripting language) and dealing with SQL database are a plus.
- Should have excellent communication skills in both written& verbal English.
- Should be good at maintaining documentation, code migration between environments and bug fixing.
- Candidate must be domiciled in Medan.
Junior & Senior Programmer
Responsibilities:
- Identify & developed applications base on predefined business requirements.
- Designs, custom develops, codes, and test complex programs.
- Responsible to complete the assigned task by the target date.
- Managing Database Systems.
- Providing Tech Support.
- Handle integration of business process and procedure.
- Maintain and handle troubleshooting bug fixing for developed applications.
- Create report to meet need of business.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Computer Science I Information Technology.
- Familiar with OOP
- Experience in C#, ASP.Net, VN.Net, and familiar with .Net Core MVC, .Net Framework MVC.
- Having basic knowledge in Java (Spring and Hibernate), HTML, Css, JQuery, Javascript.
- Experience in REST API.
- Experience in SQL Query (SQL Server/MysQL).
- Additional skill in Mobile Development (AndroidlioS) is a plus point.
- Fast learner, able to work independently, under pressure & deliver effectively as a team.
- Fluent in English.
- Candidate must be domiciled in Jakarta or Medan
