Field Coordinator

• Coordinate with all stakeholder internal and external for operation. Include stockpile, hauling fleet, jetty.
• Become leader and role model person for Field Team
• Following up with coal supplier for coordinating coal incoming to stockpile
• Give all the information needed to Office team and make discussion for smooth operation.
• Give instructions to field team to follow the procedure of coal quality control.
• Give instructions to field team to follow procedure coal process from pit to load to barge.
• Solved the all problem raising from the operational with all field team member.
• Conduct a tool box meeting on daily basis.

Requirements :

• Minimum 35 years old
• Bachelor’s degree mining engineering, or marine enginering, or geology.
• Have a strong dedication to company
• Attentive to details is a must.
• Proven experience as Coordinator or related position ( at least 4 years experience )
• Proficient in English both spoken and written
• Have Knowledge about Mining, Barging, and Coal Handling.
• Hardworking, efficient, and should be able to work under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines required
• Ablility to give good instruction and effective comunicate to the field team and stakeholder.
