Management Trainee for Sales Head
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales force (General Trade & Modern Trade) teams in conducting selling activities for penetration and spreading in the retail market which will ultimately increase the turnover and market share of the company’s products.
- Approaching customers to be able to get payments on time and reduce the occurrence of bad debts
- Increase customer loyalty in buying company products
- Penetrate new products to increase the number of new stockist stores/ New
- Open Outlets and new customer end users who use the company’s products
- Monitor the performance of the sales force (General Trade & Modern Trade)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Indutrial Engineering and Chemisty or equivalent & willing to travel locally
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or having working experience in the distributor industry max. 1 years much appreciated
- Willing to be located/rotated in/to different areas of Indonesian market
- Showing strong indication of the following competencies : Have strong Leadership potential, Strong cross-team collaboration skills, Possess good analytical thinking, Excellent communication capability, Result oriented show interest to other people and have a high potential leadership.
