Kini PT Traktor Nusantara selain menjalankan bisnis distribusi juga menjalankan bisnis penyewaan dan kontrak, layanan purna jual dan peralatan bekas untuk keperluan Industri, Pertanian, Tenaga Penggerak dan Energi serta Konstruksi Jalan. 1. Executive Management Staff

Job Description:

  1. Managing design concept and activity plans of executive management.
  2. Controlling, monitoring and evaluating executive management program

Requirement:

  1. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Human Resource Management & Psychology
  2. Minimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
  3. Maximum age of 25 years old
  4. Having Good Leadership, Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Confident, Self-Motivated
  5. High capable to work independently as well as a part of team
  6. Able to join the company immediately
  7. Fluent in English both oral and written
  8. Have experience in the field of Training Management or People Assessment

2. Marketing Communication Staff

Job Description :

  1. Creating article and managing content in website and social media for Company and all brand products
  2. Creating graphic design for social media and infographic content needs.
  3. Managing and analyze traknus Contact Center operational activities.
  4. Analyze and controling channels lead and the implication for product management and sales department.
  5. Managing promotional materials and merchandising.

Requirement :

  1. Bachelor degree (S1) from all major preferably DKV or Design
  2. Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 scale) from Reputable University.
  3. Maximum age 25 years old.
  4. Have high interest in design
  5. Have good communication skill and interpersonal skill, confident, creative, have high self motivation, target oriented.
  6. Fluent in English both oral and written.
  7. Have experience in graphic design or content specialist

3. Corporate Procurement Staff

Responsibilities :

  1. Managing vendor validation process.
  2. Collecting data for analysis requirement.
  3. Managing the pre-order process.
  4. Managing post purchasing activities correctly according to procedural
  5. Ensuring the implementation of the warranty and claim process.
  6. Monitoring vendor payment process
  7. Conducting vendor performance evaluation.

Qualification :

  1. Bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting, Management, Economi, and Industrial Engineering.
  2. Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 scale) from Reputable University.
  3. Have high understanding in supply chain management.
  4. Have good communication skill, good analytic thinking and interpersonal skill, confident, have high self motivation, target oriented.
  5. Fluent in English both oral and written.
  6. High capable to work independently as well as a part of team.

4. Parts & Service Sales

Responsibilities :

Identify potential clients. Network, develop and firmly establish the various channels necessary to reach the target market segments of parts and commodity products. Provide superior personal and professional service for our clients.

Qualifications :

  1. Diploma Degree (D3) from All Engineering Majors
  2. Minimum GPA 2.75 (4 scaled) from any reputable University
  3. Maximum age of 25 years old in 2021
  4. High interest in Heavy Equipment and Sales
  5. Having Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Confident, Self-Motivated, Target-driven
  6. Freshgraduate are welcome to apply
