CENTRAL KITCHEN MANAGER

Requirement

• Experience managing a food production operation.
• Have at least 3-5 years experience as a Central Kitchen Manager in a Food & Beverage Company.
• Must maintain a high standard of personal hygiene.
• Understand the central kitchen work pattern, including logistic and warehouse management in the central kitchen as well.
• Understand the principles of GMP HACCP, Food Safety Management System (FSMS).
