Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience as sous chef of 5 year: in chef de partie in high traffic restaurant with westem & asian background cuisine
- Strong sense of creative & innovative approeach on food development with extensive knowledge in both asian
and western cuision - Good attitude, strong team focus & can effectivelydeliver task to sub ordinate to achieve guests satisfaction through well presents & tastes dishes
- Food cost focus & understanding HACPP
- Having pastry background will be an advantange
- Proficiency in computer knowledge on microsoft ofice
- Able to control the quality and quantity of the product
- Able to lead, organize & manage the kitchen staff
- Having knowledge in kitchen management & GMP
- Able to work with the target
- Able to make standard operating procedures of the kitchen to be effective & efficient
- Able to control production costs
- Max 40 years old
