- Tinggi Badan:
- Admin, operator perawatan mesin dan peralatan serta operator produksi: TB min. 166 cm; BB ideal
- Pengemudi mobil dan forklift: TB 160 cm; BB ideal
- Pendidikan SMK/SMA Sederajat
- Tidak memiliki gangguan penglihatan
- Nilai rata-rata rapor 7
- Sehat jasmani dan rohani
- Jujur dan disiplin
- Bersedia bekerja di Karawang
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift
Kualifikasi Khusus:
- Admin: mahir mengoperasikan komputer terutama Ms. Excel
- Pengemudi mobil: mampu mengemudikan mobil manual dan matic serta memiliki SIM A
- Operator forklift: mampu mengemudikan forklift dan memiliki SIO
- Operator perawatan mesin dan peralatan: mahir dalam hal kelistrikan

Control the dealers’ after-sales service operations by reviewing the dealer performance periodically, conduct training for the dealers, analyze and create strategies tailored for each dealers’ need and standardization to improve dealer performance according to the company’s strategy.
