Indah Kiat Serang adalah salah satu perusahaan pengemasan kertas terbesar yang berlokasi di Serang, Provinsi Banten, Indonesia. Fasilitas seluas 550 hektar ini berlokasi strategis dekat dengan pusat distribusi yang andal, pelabuhan laut. Indah Kiat Serang didirikan pada tahun 1991, untuk memberikan solusi untuk semua kebutuhan kertas dan karton. Kami mengoperasikan dua kelompok mesin kertas; empat mesin menghasilkan kertas karton coklat / industri dan dua mesin kelas putih lainnya mengerjakan kertas karton putih berlapis. Selain memproduksi kertas, Indah Kiat Serang juga memiliki Pabrik Konversi kami sendiri yang memproduksi produk Konversi dan Kotak Lipat yang digunakan sebagai kemasan untuk berbagai macam produk. Produk kami didistribusikan di seluruh dunia, termasuk ke Asia, Amerika Utara dan Selatan, Australia, Afrika, dan juga Eropa. Kapasitas produksi tahunan agregat Mill adalah sekitar 1.700.000 metrik ton kertas karton dan 480.000 metrik ton untuk produk yang dikonversi dan kotak lipat.

1. For Diploma/Bachelor Degree
1. Technician Maintenance
Electrical
- Good knowledge in instrument, calibration, and power system
- Good knowledge in preventive and corrective maintenance
- Familiar with Autocad 2D and 3D for drawing wiring diagram
- Well known in PLC, DCS, Trafo, Switchgear, Inverter, Motor, Sensor, etc
Jobdecs :
- Install, repair and modify machine
- Handle troubleshooting in all area of paper machines and utilities
- Preventive and corrective maintenance and overhaul
- Manage maintenance schedule properly and do reporting
Mechanical
- Good knowledge in preventive and corrective maintenance
- Familiar with Autocad 2D and 3D for technical drawing
- Well known about lubrication, welding. fabrication, machine spare part (bearing, seal, valve, etc)
- Well known in maintenance and calibration machine (pneumatic. hydraulic, conveyor, compressor, piping)
Jobdecs :
- Install, repair and modify machine
- Handle troubleshooting in all area of pape machines and utilities
- Preventive and corrective maintenance and overhaul
- Manage maintenance schedule properly and do reporting
2. Technician QC / NPD
- Bachelor of Chemical Engineering or relevant
- Good knowledge on Pulp & Paper or Packaging production process and quality
- Well kown in new product development process and its procedure base on ISO standard
Jobdecs :
- Improve variant product and its quality as well as give suggestion for effective production process
- Maintain and evaluate quality of product
- Research consumer and market needs
3. Power Plan Area (Operator DCS/Technician Maintenance/Technician Lab)
Technician Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance
- Handle Mechanical / Electrical maintenance (prventive/corrective/overhaul on all power area
- Good knowledge on maintenance activity of Boiler/Turbine/ Water Treatment/Coal Handling/Compressor/Crane/Welding/PLC/ Utility
Technician Lab
- Good knowledge on water treatment process
- Well known in quality of water and chemical on purification process
- Well known on water treatment paramater
- Prefer Bachelor of Chemical Engineer
Planner Maintenance
- Scheduling maintenance activity for minor or major overhaul and preventive maintenance
- Have good knowledge in sparepart of all area power plan
- Prefer bachelor degree of mechanical / electrical / power engineer
Planner Production
- Planning production activity
- Forecast raw material to support production team
- Prefer bachelor of mechanical / electrical / power / chemical engineer
Energy Control Boiler
- Optimize output energy of steam boiler
- Efficiency of boiler comsumption
- Observe abnormal operational deviation to implement corrective action
- Prefer has experience in 5 years for the same position
Cogen Operation Turbine
- Controll and optimize input also output energy of turbine generator
- Cordination with maintenance team to optimize turbine activity
- Prefer has experience in 5 years for the same position

2. For Senior High School
1. Operator Production
- Good in math and familiar with Microsoft Excel

- Operate paper / finishing machine in shift role
- Report progress of production activity
- Check condition of raw material, machine, and product regularly
- Handle maintenance activity
2. Operator Warehouse
- Good in Math
- Well known in supply chain and warehouse activities
- Must have SIO forklift (for applicant of operator forklift)
- Prefer has SIM B1 / B2
Jobdecs :
- Operate forklift
- Delivery finish good and raw material from warehouse to other section
- Inbound outbound finish good and raw material
3. Technician QC
- Graduate form Senior High School / Vocational High School
- Good in Math
- Can use measurement and calibration tools
Jobdecs :
- Calibrate raw material when it come and report the testing result
- Monitor physical condition and moisture of raw material during in warehouse
- Report inbound and outbound raw material
4. Power Plan Area (Operator)
