1. Financial Analyst Development Program
Job Description :
The successful candidate will spend a learning journey in Sinarmas Mining businesses as a preparation to be a Financial Leader in our business.
Program Highlights :
- We offer a variety of formal and informal learning programs to help acquire and build specialized skill faster
- A well-rounded foundation of technical skills including Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification, functional, and leadership skills that are essential for a Financial Leader position within Sinarmas Mining local and global businesses
- Experience real-life multiple challenging projects that foster innovative and creative thinking during the program
- Mentoring and coaching with experienced internal leaders
Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple challenging projects
- Assess current state and define business solutions
- Analyze and propose business models
- Facilitate discussions to gather confirmation on requirements / use cases / scenarios
- Interact with various teams across Sinarmas Mining businesses
- Exposure to senior level management team on day-to-day activities
Requirements :
- Graduates from Master’s degree in Business, Economy, Accounting, Math, or Engineering (preferably from overseas universities)
- Minimum GPA 3.5 (maximum 4.0) and have taken GMAT test before with score minimum 450 are preferred
- Work experiences in Financial Services or Consultancy Services and certification in CFA Level 1 are preferred
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- This position needs someone who are tech-savvy, able to quickly adapt to new professional collaborative environments, deal with flexibility, take initiatives, and achieve results
2. Engineering Development Program

The program accelerates participants’ professional and technical development in engineering field through a learning program and a variety of business-critical engineering assignments.

- A well-rounded foundation of technical skills including certification, functional and leadership skills that are essential for a Leader position within Sinarmas Mining Group for local and global businesses.

Requirements :
- Hold Bachelor Degree (Minimum GPA 3) or Master Degree (Minimum GPA 3.25) in the Engineering majors — Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Geology Engineering, Mining Engineering, and the like.
- Preferably having work experiences maximum 2 years in relevant field — fresh graduate engineers who have high genuine interest in engineering field are most welcomed.
- Maximum age 29 years by end of Dec 2021.
- High performing talents with self-drive and passion to learn and become a leader.
- Able to quickly adapt to new professional collaborative environments, deal with flexibility, take initiatives, and achieve the goals set up.
- Fluent in English, both speaking & writing.
