Perseroan dibentuk melalui proses restrukturisasi pada tahun 1991 dan semula Perseroan bernama PT Scanchemie yang pada tahun 1970 memulai kegiatan produksi komersial produk farmasi dalam skala besar. Seiring dengan perjalanan waktu, Perseroan melalui entitas anaknya juga telah memproduksi produk kosmetik dan produk konsumen sejak tahun 1977.

1. MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS (Code : TSMT-MNO )
Bachelor degree from Engineering (Industrial / Mechanical / Chemical / Electro / Mechatronic / Agricultural / Food Technology), Pharmacy/Apothecary
2. FINANCE MANUFACTURING ( Code : TSMT-MNF )
Bachelor degree from Accounting or Finance Management
General Requirements:
- Age maximum 25 y.o (S1) or 27 y.o (S2)
- Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
- Fresh graduates / have maximum 2 years of job experiences
- Actively involved in organizational activities
- Excellent with Microsoft office and general computer skills
- Willing to be located nationwide

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – DISTRIBUTION
1. DISTRIBUTION – SALES & OPERATIONS (Code : MT-DIS )
Min. Bachelor degree from Industrial Engineering or Information System or Information Technology
2. FINANCE ( Code : MT-FIN )
Bachelor degree from Accounting or Finance Management
General Requirements:
- Age maximum 25 years
- Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
- Fresh graduate / experience maximum 2 years
- Actively involved in organization activities
- Excellent with Microsoft office and general computer skills
- Willing to be located nationwide
