1. Data Scientist Lead

As a Data Scientist Lead you will act as a business partner who build relationships with the project owners. You will be responsible in managing Data Scientist Specialists, including developing and nurturing them to keep up with the latest knowledge and trends to maximize their capability growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor / Master Degree;
  • 4+ years of experience in Data Science / Analytics, such as Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Business Intelligence Analyst.
  • Experienced in mentoring more team member, performing code review, and assisting the team to grow together in a team.
  • Exposure to lead end-to-end deployment of advanced analytics pipeline, collaborating with data engineering or backend engineer team.
  • Experienced in translating business to data science problem, and performing online experiments to validate the hypothesis.
  • Excellent programming skills in Python/R.
  • Excellent data query or manipulation skill using SQL.
  • Experienced in using various tools for data science/analytics such as scikit-learn, pandas, numpy.

2. Software Developer Lead

To set the foundation for a complete data architecture, you will set up data management frameworks and help organizations to create their data governance.

You will in close collaboration with fellow Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and Product Owner who are highly passionate to develop our products. We perform experimentations on periodic basis to improve the product using various advanced analytics techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor / Master Degree
  • Minimum 4 years as Data Engineer, Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer
  • Experience using Cloud technologies: AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.
  • Collaborating with various data-related roles in the organization to solve business use case, e.g., with Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Product Manager.
  • Experience of designing and developing data engineering systems from grounds up and maintaining/supporting existing systems
  • Experience in collect, process, collate structured and un-structured data including network element data both in real-time and batch process
  • Bachelor / Master Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or other quantitatives fields
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Spark, Spark SQL, R, Python, Java and Scala
  • Excellent data query or manipulation skill using SQL.
  • Experience with open-source big data processing systems and infrastructure such as Spark, Hive, Kafka, Flink, NiFi, HBase, Phoenix, etc

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team. You will be responsible to lead and implement analytics use cases across industry verticals using Telco data as the main ingredients. Preferably a T-Shaped skills owner, having cross-discipline knowledge with at least one deep discipline expertise.
